All memberships are month-to-month. We do not require an extended contract at Wash Park Health. Instead, membership enrollments are easy, billing is on a monthly basis, and you may cancel anytime with 30-days notice.

Dr. Gina Fidler (formerly, Dr. Gina Caprara) is a doctorally-prepared and board-certified advanced practice family nurse practitioner with over eighteen years of experience in healthcare and also a long-term resident of Wash Park. She has extensive experience and training in integrative and functional medicine and she is thrilled to bring concierge primary care and wellness services to the iconic Wash Park neighborhood and surrounding areas.
